1. The VMC850 vertical machining center utilizes roller linear guides for the three axes, with a six-block design for the Z-axis, ensuring fast stability, low load, and high precision typical of linear guide machines.
2. The resin sand castings undergo electric furnace tempering, rough machining followed by vibration aging treatment, and two rounds of manual aging to eliminate stress, ensuring the machine maintains high precision requirements and longevity.
3. The slanted column greatly enhances overall rigidity, combined with a multi-ribbed widened spindle box, and the six-block roller linear guide design for the Z-axis, ensuring machining stability and precision.
4. The base features an oil-water separation structure and a fully sealed internal protection design.
5. High precision components such as C3 grade ball screws and P4 grade screw bearings are used, along with a pre-tensioned assembly method, guaranteeing high precision and quality.
