At the heart of the LC60 is a powerful 18.5 / 22 kW spindle motor with a large Ø86 mm spindle bore, A2-8 nose, and synchronous belt drive. The spindle's broad 0-2500 rpm range supports both low-speed torque and high-speed precision.
For advanced multi-tasking, the LC60 features a BT40 vertical spindle (short nose, Ø150mm) with speeds up to 12000 rpm.Perfectly suited for drilling, milling, and contouring, it enables true turn-mill simultaneous machining, improving productivity and part accuracy.
Equipped with roller-type linear guideways (35 on X, 45 on Z), direct-coupled servo motors, and 4012 precision ballscrews, the LC60 ensures stable movement and long-lasting precision. Its rapid traverse rate of 15 m/min for both X and Z axes reduces idle time and boosts throughput.
The 12-station turret offers fast, reliable tool changes, with an adjustable turret center height of 100 mm. Users can choose from various turret types and configurations, including manual or hydraulic chuck, rotary chuck, and even double turret setups for custom applications.
