T46 CNC Slant-Bed Lathe
The T46 CNC slant-bed lathe is designed for high-precision, high-efficiency machining. Its integrated cast iron bed with 45° slant guideways delivers exceptional rigidity, thermal stability, and vibration damping-ensuring consistent machining accuracy and excellent surface finish.
Powered by a 5.5kW AC servo motor, the spindle adopts a V-belt direct drive design for smoother rotation and lower noise. The high-precision spindle is supported by box-type structure and high-speed angular contact bearings, allowing for stable performance even under high-speed or heavy-load conditions.
Equipped with a 4-position gang tool post (optional hydraulic servo turret available), the T46 enables multi-process machining, including turning, threading, grooving, drilling, and even milling when paired with live tools. It supports both linear and circular interpolation, making it ideal for mass production of complex components like shafts, bushings, threads, slots, and worms.
The machine comes with a linear guideway system on both X and Z axes, ensuring fast traverse speeds (25 m/min) and excellent repeatability. A wide range of CNC system options (GSK, Syntec, Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi) and automation accessories like rotary chucks, tool setting arms, truss loaders, and bar feeders provide the flexibility to adapt to diverse production needs.
