The GMC2016 Gantry Machining Center is engineered for large-scale, high-load operations. With a 2100×1400mm table and a max load capacity of 4000kg, this machine delivers exceptional rigidity and stability, making it ideal for processing heavy and complex workpieces with high accuracy.
Boasting a travel range of 2000×1700×800mm (X/Y/Z), the GMC2016 allows for the machining of oversized parts with ease. Supported by ±0.008mm positioning accuracy and ±0.005mm repeatability, it ensures tight tolerance requirements are consistently met, even during extended production cycles.
The unique combination of roller linear guideways on X/Y axes and a box-type guideway on the Z axis offers both high-speed movement and heavy-load support. This hybrid design delivers smooth motion, vibration resistance, and structural strength where it matters most.
Equipped with a BT50 belt-driven spindle offering 15/22kW power and up to 6000rpm, the GMC2016 provides flexibility for both roughing and finishing tasks. Optional direct-drive or gear-driven spindles are available to meet specific cutting requirements.
With a 24-tool automatic tool changer, rapid feed speeds of up to 10m/min, and compatibility with top CNC systems including FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Syntec, this machine is ready for demanding production lines.
