The CK680 is a high-rigidity CNC lathe engineered for stability, power, and machining versatility. Designed for mid-to-large workpieces, it delivers exceptional performance in demanding applications.

1. High-Rigidity Spindle Structure

Equipped with a Φ86mm through-hole spindle and A2-8 nose, supported by double-row cylindrical roller bearings. The spindle features a multi-layer labyrinth seal for enhanced dust and coolant resistance. Optional brake disc and C-axis configuration available for milling-turning operations.

2. Powerful, Configurable Drive System

Three-speed gearbox combined with a V-belt drive system. Available in 11kW or 15kW motor options. The 15kW servo configuration provides torque equivalent to 15× that of a 7.5kW standard AC motor, ideal for heavy cuts.

3. Stable and Durable Guideways

X-axis adopts a rigid rectangular rail; Z-axis uses a wide (520mm) dual-inclined guideway structure with a centered ballscrew. Excellent support for high-load machining. The chuck area features large chip removal space and effective screw protection.

4. Wide Tooling Compatibility

Large travel ranges (X: 520mm, Z: 850mm) and strong saddles support turrets, gang tool sets, U-drill holders with center coolant, and hybrid tooling setups. Fully adaptable to your production needs.
