This GMC1614 is primarily used for the precision machining of large components such as flanges, heavy-duty valves, bearing housings, wind power components, heat exchanger tube sheets, slewing bearings, heat exchangers, and various non-standard workpieces. With its rigid structure and versatile design, it is ideal for operations including drilling, milling, tapping, and boring on large-scale parts.

High Rigidity Structural Design:
The machine adopts a heavy-duty Meehanite cast iron structure with a box-type crossbeam and closed-frame column-beam integration. The wide base and reinforced guideways ensure long-term stability and high rigidity during heavy cutting operations.
