Integrated Bed Structure
The machine adopts an integrated bed and base design, manufactured using resin sand casting technology. After aging treatment, the structure offers excellent stability. The guideways are induction-hardened for wear resistance, and key sliding surfaces are coated with plastic to eliminate stick-slip, improving movement accuracy and long-term precision retention. Both X and Z axes adopt a three-support structure for enhanced rigidity.

Overall Design
The CK6170 lathe features a compact and rational mechatronic structure. All key components and assemblies are sourced from internationally recognized brands to ensure machining accuracy and operational reliability. It is particularly suitable for high-precision, high-efficiency, and mass production of rotating components such as discs, shafts, and spherical parts across industries including automotive, motorcycle manufacturing, electronics, and light machinery.
Control System
The standard configuration includes the Nanjing Kaitong CNC system and a complete set of matching servo drives. Optional systems such as Beijing KND, GSK, Syntec, and FANUC are available to meet diverse customer requirements.
Feed System
Both X and Z axes use integrated heavy-duty hardened guideways. The hardened guideways provide superior rigidity, load capacity, and stability, making them ideal for heavy-duty and high-precision applications. The carriage surfaces are coated with wear-resistant plastic to reduce friction, minimize wear, and maintain long-term positioning accuracy.
Spindle Assembly
The lathe is equipped with a C11 mechanical spindle featuring three-speed variable frequency drive, allowing stepless speed adjustment within the full speed range.
Tool Turret
A 280×280mm electric tool post is equipped as standard, enabling automatic tool changes with precise positioning, improving machining efficiency and automation. Multi-station configurations are available, including optional 6-position or 8-position electric tool turrets based on specific production needs.
Clamping System
The machine comes standard with a manual 3-jaw 500mm chuck, offering simple, flexible, and quick workpiece clamping. Optional clamping systems include single-action chucks, hydraulic chucks, and indexing chucks for various application requirements.
Machine Protection
The machine is equipped with fully enclosed safety guards to prevent coolant splash and ensure operator safety. All guideways are protected by covers to prevent chips and coolant ingress, reducing wear on the guideways and ball screws.
Lubrication System
A centralized automatic lubrication system is provided for the guideways and ball screw assemblies. Each lubrication point uses a metered distributor to ensure uniform, consistent lubrication, effectively reducing friction and wear, enhancing motion accuracy, and extending service life of key components.
