Product Parameters

1.Features of Machine Tool Structure
The machine tool features a cradle structure where the worktable is fixed to the bed, and the slide, spindle box move to achieve the feed motion of the X, Y, and Z axes. This design ensures excellent rigidity, uniform force distribution, good thermal balance, and stable precision.
The main components of the machine, such as the bed, beam, and column, are made of high-strength cast iron using resin sand casting technology. The casting process includes comprehensive heat treatment procedures to eliminate residual stress. Sufficient reinforcing ribs are arranged, and optimal structure design is achieved through finite element analysis, ensuring adequate strength, rigidity, and high stability.
1.1 Drive System
The X, Y, and Z axes adopt rolling linear guideways, providing low static and dynamic friction, high sensitivity, minimal vibration at high speeds, no creeping at low speeds, high positioning accuracy, and excellent servo performance, enhancing the precision and stability of the machine.
The servo motors for the X, Y, and Z axes are directly coupled to high-precision ball screws via couplings, reducing intermediate components, allowing for flexible feed motion, accurate positioning, and high transmission accuracy.
The Z-axis servo motor features an automatic braking function. In the event of a power outage, the brake is automatically engaged, securing the motor shaft to prevent rotation and providing safety protection.
1.2 Spindle Assembly
The spindle adopts a high-torque BT40 direct-drive spindle with a maximum speed of 12000rpm and center coolant capability. It features high rotational accuracy and rigidity, ensuring machining precision.
1.3 Rotary Table
The machine is equipped with a high-precision DD five-axis CNC rotary table. It uses the most advanced motion control technology-arc surface indexing principle-providing backlash-free operation, high positioning accuracy, and reliable movement. It supports a wide machining range with continuous C-axis rotation, achieving high rotational precision.
1.4 Pneumatic System
The pneumatic triplet filters impurities and moisture from the air source, preventing damage and corrosion to machine components caused by impure gas. The solenoid valve assembly is controlled by the PLC program, ensuring fast and accurate execution of actions such as spindle clamping/releasing and spindle center air blowing.
1.5 Machine Protection
The machine features safety-compliant protective enclosures to prevent coolant splashes and ensure operator safety while maintaining an aesthetic appearance. All guideways are equipped with protective covers to prevent chips and coolant from entering the machine, protecting the guideways and ball screws from wear and corrosion.
1.6 Lubrication System
The guideways and ball screw pairs utilize a centralized automatic thin oil lubrication system. Each node is equipped with a metered oil distributor, which supplies lubricant to each lubrication point at regular intervals and in precise amounts. This ensures uniform lubrication of all sliding surfaces, effectively reducing friction resistance, improving motion accuracy, and extending the service life of the ball screw pairs and guideways..
1.7.Operating Conditions of the Machine
The machine tool should operate under the following specified environmental and operating conditions: 

  1. Power Supply: Three-phase AC, 380V±10%, 50Hz±1%. If outside this range, users must purchase a voltage stabilizer.
  2. Ambient Air Temperature: Between 5°C and 40°C; the 24-hour average temperature should not exceed 35°C.
  3. Relative Humidity: 40%-75%.
  4. Air Dust Concentration: Must not exceed 10mg/m³ and should not contain acidic, salty, or corrosive gases.
  5. Air Source Pressure: 0.5-0.7Mpa.
  6. Air Source Flow: 350L/min.
  7. Installation Requirements: The machine should be installed away from vibration and heat sources. The factory floor's dynamic force should not exceed 0.5G (G = gravitational acceleration).
