This machine can perform drilling, milling, boring, reaming, counterboring, tapping-and more-on various disc-shaped parts, plates, housings, cams, molds, and other complex components in a single setup. Ideal for producing single pieces or batches of complex parts across industries. Programmed machining shortens production cycle and maximizes economic benefits.
1. Machine Structure & Design
Stress-relieved casting: The machine bed is casted and tempered twice to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring long-term stability and high rigidity.
Optimized via SolidWorks & ANSYS: Large components and the overall structure are optimized to resist deformation and vibration from cutting forces.
Heavy-duty linear roller guideways: Taiwan-made and high-load capacity, with centralized forced lubrication to reduce friction and crawling at low speeds.
Direct-drive servo motors: X/Y/Z axes are connected via elastic couplings to double-fixed ball screws. Uses Taiwan HIWIN C3-class preloaded ball screws with P4 bearings-minimizing thermal deformation during prolonged operation.
High-speed, high-precision Taiwanese spindle: Core components are heat-treated and balanced.
P4-class bearings with KLUBR NBU15 grease: Spindle is assembled and balanced under constant temperature and fully run in before dispatch.
Stepless speed control & rigid tapping: Motor includes built-in encoder, enabling spindle orientation and rigid tapping functions.
24-tool mechanical disc-type ATC: Fast, accurate tool changes within 2.5 seconds. Tested for over one million cycles to ensure reliability.
5. Cooling SystemHigh-flow coolant system: 450 W pump delivers 2.5 m³/h through multiple nozzles for effective chip and heat management.
Air-blow gun: Keeps the work area and components clean.
Air filtration & moisture separator: Protects components from dirty air.
PLC-controlled solenoid valves: Enable precise and rapid spindle tool release, spindle cooling airblast, air curtain functions, etc.
Sturdy sheet-metal enclosure: Features large doors for easy loading/unloading, splash-proof design, and meets safety standards.
Guards on all guideways: Prevent chips and coolant ingress into ways and ball screws.
Centralized automatic oil lubrication: Timed and metered distribution ensures even lubrication of guideways, ball screws, and bearings-prolonged accuracy and travel life.
9. Chip RemovalSeparated Y-axis shielding: Chips fall into bed's sloping interior, then onto the tank below.
Rear-mounted drawer chip conveyor: Keeps the interior clean and easy to maintain.
Temperature: Operating range at 20 ± 20 °C; storage from -30 °C to 50 °C; max change rate 10 °C/hour
Humidity: Continuous < 70% (non-condensing), Short-term < 95% (non-condensing)
