T35 Slant-Bed CNC Lathe - Precision, Power, and Productivity
The T35 is a high-performance slant-bed CNC lathe designed for precision machining and mass production of complex components. Featuring a one-piece cast bed and slant guideways, it delivers superior structural rigidity and excellent vibration damping-ensuring stable, high-precision cutting performance even under heavy loads.
Driven by an AC servo motor with V-belt direct transmission, the T35 spindle system ensures low noise and smooth operation. It is equipped with high-speed precision bearings and a box-type support structure, enabling high-speed rotation with exceptional accuracy and durability. Two spindle speed options (100-3000 rpm / 0-4000 rpm) and a spindle through-hole of 48mm or 56mm allow flexibility for different machining needs.
The machine is equipped with a gang tool post or optionally a multi-position power turret, supporting rapid tool change and multi-process machining. With the capability to perform turning, threading, slotting, and worm cutting, the T35 is ideal for complex part geometries. An optional high-rigidity hydraulic servo turret enhances tool positioning accuracy and reliability for repetitive mass production.
Utilizing linear guideways and precision ball screws, the T35 ensures fast and smooth axis movements. The X/Z axis travels are 800mm and 420mm respectively, with rapid traverse speeds of 24m/min, significantly improving cycle time while maintaining consistent accuracy.
A 7.5kW servo main motor provides strong cutting power and stable torque output across a variety of materials. The inverter-controlled drive system ensures energy efficiency and better speed regulation.
With overall dimensions of 2100×1390×1875mm and a weight of approx. 1500kg, the T35 offers a compact yet solid build for modern workshops. It includes essential components such as a cooling pump, automatic lubrication system, three-color warning light, and LED work light to support continuous operation.
The T35 comes standard with a GSK control system, and is also compatible with Syntec, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls to meet diverse user preferences and integration needs.
To support scalable production, the T35 offers a range of optional automation features including a rotary chuck, truss loader, tool setting arm, live tooling, and auto bar feeder, making it an ideal solution for high-efficiency automated production lines.
