HMC80 Horizontal Machining Center is a high-precision, high-efficiency CNC machine tool designed for batch processing of complex parts. 1.High rigid structure design
The main body of the machine is made of high-quality cast iron, which is aged to ensure long-term stability and vibration resistance.
The advanced frame structure optimizes the force distribution and improves the overall rigidity.
High efficiency spindle system
Using high-precision motorized spindle, the maximum speed can reach 12,000 rpm (higher speed is optional).
Bearings adopt imported P4 high precision bearings to ensure low vibration and high stability.
With large torque output, suitable for heavy cutting and high-speed machining.
Precision feed system
2.High precision ball screw and linear guide rail are adopted to improve motion accuracy and dynamic response speed.
Equipped with a full closed-loop feedback system, optional linear grating ruler, to achieve sub-micron precision control.
